With Elizabeth's extensive supervision, you can trust that you are in excellent hands.
Elizabeth's current clinical specialties include anxiety and depression; as a clinician in training, her specialties continue to grow and include most mental health concerns. Sessions with her are highly relational, including elements of person-centered therapy, Emotionally-Focus Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Elizabeth values the uniqueness and diversity of each individual and their experiences in life. Her hope is to empower clients through sessions by developing a meaningful therapeutic relationship and providing the tools necessary to achieve clients' goals.
Outside of the counseling setting, Elizabeth enjoys painting, playing the piano, spending time with friends, and loves anything to do with animals, especially cats.
