Meet Trixie! She is the newest member of the Heart Pine Family and is currently growing into her role. Selected from a lineage of award-winning field and therapy dogs, Trixie is a AKC Registered Golden Retriever. She is currently working towards full certification as a Therapy Dog, able to provide emotional support based on cues from the client and direction from the therapist.

She brings joy and peace into the counseling room like only a dog can. We will keep clients updated as she progresses through her training. Upon full certification, at the clients request, she will be able to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
